| Which credit and debit cards do you accept? |
| We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. |
| Do you accept foreign currencies for payment? |
| Yes, we accept payments via demand draft/check for all foreign currencies. You can also pay via credit card. When joining or upgrading simply select your payment type and all instructions will be presented. |
| Can I make a payment if I am located out of New Zealand? |
| Yes, you can make payment from anywhere in the world using your credit / debit card. There are a few countries from where payment might be restricted by our
credit card processors due to a high incidence of fraud. For example, if you were traveling in Russia and tried to make payment from there, the transacton would
probably be denied. Our credit card processor compares the origination of each transaction's ip address with the billing address of the credit card. If the two do not
match, the transaction might be denied to protect the credit card holder from a fraudulent transaction. If this the case with your transaction, you will have to use a
credit / debit card issued in the country where you currently are or wait until you return back home to join. If this does not seem to be case, please contact us
with your transaction details so that we can assist you.

| I tried using my credit / debit card to make a payment, it says "Order Denied". Why does this happen? |
| Please ensure that the location you are indicating in the payment form is the same as the billing information for the credit / debit card. For example, if the credit card billing
address is the United States, please indicate "United States" even though you might be in New Zealand at this time. Your credit / debit card might also be denied if you are already
a Deluxe Member and are trying to subscribe again. There are other reasons for payment denial. Once you double check your credit / debit card information and confirm that everything
is correct, please contact us and let us know your profile handle. We will ask our credt card processors to give
us the details of the payment denial. |
