| As a Deluxe Member, you will be able to contact ALL other members (Deluxe and Non-Deluxe) using our online contact facilities. These facilities will not give you other members' contact information but
will rather allow you to send them email messages. If the person you are interested in responds, then you will also get his or her email address. In this way, members can remain anonymous until there is mutual interest.
Deluxe Members do have the option of displaying their email address and / or icq number on profiles. In this case, anyone visiting the site (members and non-members) will be able to contact the Deluxe member that chooses to display contact information.

| How can I see if I am already a Deluxe Member? |
| You can do a handle search for your profile. If you are a Deluxe Member, your profile will be highlighted in yellow. You can also check your Account History for Deluxe status information. |
| Why do some profiles list their email address and others don't? |
| Only Deluxe Members have the option of listing contact
email addresses and ICQ numbers on their profiles. Free Members cannot list contact information. |
| How do I contact other members? |
| To directly contact other members on the site you need a Deluxe account. Once you have a Deluxe account, when you click on the "Contact Now" button on a profile, you will be shown a form where you can type in your message. Once you send your message, an email containing your message is sent to the person you are interested in. The person you contacted will be able to reply directly back to you!

| What happens if I meet someone and decide to cancel my Deluxe Account subscription? |
| Your Deluxe Account will remain active until the end of the original membership period. The membership will not be renewed after this time. For example, a one month membership will remain active for the entire one month period
regardless of when you cancel. Please note that your profile will remain online until you remove it. When a membership changes from Deluxe back to Free, the email address and icq number fields will be removed from your profile.
If you do not want anyone to contact you, simply remove your profile.

| Will my membership be automatically renewed? |
| For your convenience, all memberships are automatically renewed. We work extremely hard to ensure your introduction to potential soulmates. You can
cancel your membership at anytime. But before you do this, please let us know why you are not satisfied. We take member suggestions seriously and act on them
whenever possible. |
| When my Deluxe Membership expires, Will my profile be automatically deleted? |
| Your profile will remain online. When your Deluxe Membership expires, your account will return to Free status. The email address and icq number fields will be removed from your
profile but everything else will remain the same.
